Exchange and return policy

The customer has the right to exchange within two days of the order’s arrival.

Terms

1. The customer bears the shipping costs in case of replacement.

Costs:

Inside Riyadh 50 riyals

Outside Riyadh, according to the shipping company

The amount will be transferred to the institution's bank account.

2. Please make sure to return the item(s) in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

3. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

4. Clothes should not have the smell of perfumes and scents.

5. If your replacement does not meet the above requirements, the package will be sent back and the return request will not be accepted.

6. If the exchange request is due to sizes, the availability of the required size must first be verified before accepting the return request.

The replacement delivery time within Riyadh is agreed upon with customer service via WhatsApp.

Replacement delivery time outside Riyadh depends on the shipping company

Replacement steps:

1- You can request a replacement.

By contacting WhatsApp on customer service number (0550263793)

Provide us with one message containing:

· Invoice number (order number) consisting of 8 digits

· Arrival date

Reason for replacement

2- After transferring the shipping fees, you will be provided with a shipping policy.

*Important note:

In case of delivery failure due to customer non-response, the shipping amount will be deducted.

Because we care about the quality of our products, there is a no refund policy.
