These Terms and Conditions apply to the online store www.hannah.com and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliated websites that reference these Terms and Conditions and mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools that display or link to these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the “Store”).
By visiting the Site, the Customer acknowledges his acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should not use this Site. 1. Terms and Conditions of Use
During the registration process, the customer agrees to receive promotional emails from the site. You can, at a later time, cancel this option and not receive any promotional emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

All of your submissions to the Site and/or other content you provide to us, including, but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”), become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. 3. Approval of orders and pricing details
Please note that in some cases, an order may not be approved for a variety of reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. 5. Arbitration
In the event of any disputes, differences or conflicts arising out of the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions, they shall be finally settled and decided by arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The arbitrator shall be a legally trained person with experience in the field of information technology and independent of either party to the contract.
